What You Need To know

U2 Health encourage our patients to consider our Telemedicine visits. The Telemedicine visits will allow you to receive medical care from your trusted provider from your safe preferred surroundings.

We understand that despite our best social distancing and sanitizing efforts to create a safe environment at the office, going to the doctor or being around too many people may make you feel uncomfortable or at risk.  As a result, our Telemedicine service offer medical care and convenience to you with a few clicks on your phone/computer.

The Telemedicine platform we have chosen is called CGM ElVI and will help us to continue giving you the care you need, when you need it, WHEREVER YOU ARE. This easy to use Telemedicine platform require you:

         1. Clicking a link

         2. Then entering a code that we will send you.

For a video Telemedicine visit your phone/computer must have a camera.

Copays or payments that you would make during an office visit will also be collected prior to start of the Telemedicine visit.

We also recommend, although this is not a requirement for the Telemedicine visit, that you have a blood pressure measuring device, a thermometer and a scale so we can monitor these important vitals and address them appropriately.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office number at (561)-766-0520 and someone will assist you.

COVID-19 Response
